Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the EmbeddedHiring platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. EmbeddedHiring is a referral-driven hiring network for Embedded Systems professionals in India, operated by EmbeddedShiksha.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. When you register, you agree to provide accurate information. Your account is subject to admin approval. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the platform for any unlawful purpose; post false, misleading, or spam content; impersonate another person or entity; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service; scrape or collect data from the platform without permission; use the referral system in a fraudulent manner; or harass or abuse other members.

4. Referral System

The referral system connects job seekers with employees willing to refer them. EmbeddedHiring does not guarantee job placement or referral acceptance. Referrals are at the sole discretion of the referring member. We do not charge fees for referrals.

5. Job Listings

Job listings are aggregated from company career pages and third-party sources. EmbeddedHiring does not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or timeliness of job postings. Apply links redirect to the original company career page. We are not responsible for the hiring process of any company.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of content you post (profile information, interview experiences, success stories). By posting content, you grant EmbeddedHiring a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it on the platform. You are solely responsible for the content you post.

7. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or disable accounts that violate these terms, engage in spam or fraudulent activity, or are inactive for extended periods. You may contact embshiksha@gmail.com for account-related inquiries.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EmbeddedHiring and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the platform.
