User-Generated Content: Interview experiences, success stories, and referral messages you submit.

Provide and maintain the platform; match you with relevant job opportunities based on your skills and preferences; facilitate the referral process between members; display your profile to other members (based on your visibility settings); send notifications about referral requests and platform updates; improve and personalize your experience; and ensure platform security.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in these limited circumstances:
With other members: Your profile information (name, company, skills) is visible to other platform members to facilitate networking and referrals. You can control visibility in your profile settings.
With service providers: We use third-party services for hosting (Railway), authentication (NextAuth/Google OAuth), and database management (PostgreSQL). These providers only access data necessary to perform their services.
Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights and safety.

We implement appropriate security measures including password hashing (bcrypt), HTTPS encryption, and secure session management. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you wish to delete your account and associated data, contact us at embshiksha@gmail.com. Job listings are automatically removed after their expiry period.
